Price before work
Nothing is opened and no part is ordered until you have agreed to a clear number. No surprises at the end.
A washing machine repair workshop in Riyadh, built on one rule: you know the price before we open anything.
Nawf Est. started from a simple observation: most complaints about appliance technicians were not about the quality of the repair — they were about the vagueness. A technician arrives, opens the machine, says "it is finished", and produces a number with no breakdown. The homeowner pays without knowing what was changed or why.
We decided to work the other way round. Our technician tests in front of you, tells you exactly what the fault is, gives you the full price before starting, and leaves the decision to you. If the cost does not make sense against the age of the machine, we say so plainly and leave — and charge you nothing.
Today we cover Riyadh across all its districts and handle every brand sold in the Saudi market: front-load, top-load, twin-tub and dryers. Parts are ordered to match your machine's model number, not something close to it, and the repair comes with a written warranty.
Nothing is opened and no part is ordered until you have agreed to a clear number. No surprises at the end.
On the part and on the labour. If the same fault returns within the period, we come back at no cost.
We take the model number from the rating plate and confirm the part before ordering — never an approximate fit.
The same person from diagnosis to handover. You know who to call and never re-explain the problem.
Floors covered before we start, everything cleared away after. Your home looks like we were never there.
If you are better off replacing the machine than repairing it, we will say so — and leave without charging.
Send us the machine type and the fault — we'll come back with a slot and a ballpark price.
